Risk Analysis of Transport Requalification Projects in the Urban Mobility Problem Caused by a Mining Disaster

Background: This paper proposes a risk analysis of transport requalification projects in the urban mobility problem caused by mining disaster related to irregular rock salt extraction city Maceió, Brazil. Methods: The model is composed three main steps: definition, management, and decision analysis. For this purpose, we used Picture Fuzzy-Delphi method for data collection experts’ judgment elicitation Delphi was assess without interference from others. In addition, Fuzzy Sets (PFSs) incorporate uncertain information decision-making process. Results: results proposed demonstrated consistency relevance discussion. application methods shows risks project based on general perspective. It evaluates sustainability tripod: economic, environmental, social points view, assessing occurrence intensity risk. Conclusions: objective work achieved; however, some limitations study are options available at moment contributes because it systematizes management mobility.
